License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between richcapturesphotography.com  (“Licensor”) and the user (“Licensee”). By accessing, downloading, or using the licensed materials, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

The Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product/material (“Licensed Material”) for personal or commercial purposes as specified.

2. Restrictions

The Licensee may not:

• Resell, distribute, or sublicense the Licensed Material without written permission.

• Modify, copy, or reproduce the material beyond what is allowed.

• Claim ownership or authorship of the Licensed Material.

3. Ownership

All rights, titles, and interests in the Licensed Material remain with the Licensor. The Licensee is only granted usage rights as defined in this Agreement.

4. Usage Rights

The Licensed Material may be used for:

• Personal projects

• Commercial projects (if allowed)

• Marketing, branding, online platforms, or printed use (as applicable)

The Licensee must ensure the use does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights.

5. Term & Termination

This Agreement is effective upon acceptance and continues until terminated. The Licensor may terminate the license if the Licensee violates any terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Licensed Material.

6. Liability

The Licensor is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use the Licensed Material.

7. No Warranty

The Licensed Material is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of USA.
